Who is responsible

The controller is the site's administrator. You can reach the site's administrator through the contact page, which only prepares a draft on your device, or by using the email address shown in the footer if you choose to write separately. There is no account desk and no separate portal.

What the site does

The site does not offer accounts, payments, newsletters, analytics, or advertising trackers. Pages are static files. Reading them does not require you to submit a form. That does not mean no personal data is ever processed: a host may still record technical connection data, and you may choose to send an email yourself.

Message draft

The message tool works only in the browser's memory. It does not transmit the topic, page, source URL, or message to the site. Nothing is saved by the site unless you copy the text or download the text file, in which case the copy sits where you put it. Close the tab to drop the in-memory draft. Do not place sensitive personal information in the draft.

Hosting logs

The hosting service may keep technical access logs, such as an address, time, and requested file, for its own operation and security. This site does not set a published retention period for those logs and does not claim to control the host's systems. Ask the host if you need its policy. The site does not add analytics on top of that.

Links to public bodies and other sites leave this domain. Those sites are run independently and have their own notices. Follow them only when you want their information. Their cookies or forms are not this site's tools.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, to object to certain processing, and to complain to the competent data protection authority. This notice does not name a single authority because the competent body depends on your location and the facts. Mandatory rights are not reduced by these pages.

If you believe the site's administrator holds information about you, say so in a message you choose to send by email. The in-browser draft alone does not start that request, because it never leaves your device until you move it.
